d) Delivery Address: Organico primarily delivers products within Dhaka City and selected areas of Bangladesh. Deliveries outside Dhaka are done through courier services. Organico will not be liable for any damage or missing items during courier handling.

9. Return Policy

A product may be returned:

  1. During delivery (on-the-spot return)

  2. Within 7 days of purchase (for non-perishable items)

  3. Within 48 hours for perishable items

Return reasons include:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect product or quantity

  • Unhealthy or unexpected condition

  • Poor packaging

  • Product is unusable

Non-eligible items for return:

  • Misused or tampered products

  • Products with broken seals or missing original packaging

  • Incidental damages not covered by the manufacturer

  • Products without original accessories or serial numbers

10. Refund Policy

  • If Organico fails to fulfill an order or service, customers will be notified within 48 hours via phone, SMS, or email.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval.

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method (Debit/Credit Card, bKash, Nagad, etc.).

  • Cash refunds are not promoted except for in-store purchases.

  • Refunds apply in cases of:

    1. Inability to deliver a product

    2. Product returns from a paid order

    3. Cancellation of a paid order prior to dispatch

11. Supply Policy

  • Organico is responsible for manufacturing, sourcing, and packaging some products, while others are supplied by trusted vendors.

  • Organico guarantees quality for its own branded products.

  • If a product is found injurious to health at delivery, we will take full liability and accept returns.

  • After 12 hours of delivery, any health or safety issues will be treated as a manufacturer’s defect, and Organico will not be liable.
