🔄 Replacement & Refund Policy

At Organico Consumer Goods, we take pride in delivering 100% natural, fresh, and high-quality products. However, if you need to request a replacement or refund, please follow the guidelines below.

📋 Replacement Guidelines


1. Change of Mind

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our Customer Care team at 09617 369 369.

After 1 hour, cancellation requests cannot be accepted as the products are already being processed for dispatch.

2. On-Delivery Inspection

Please inspect the product at the time of delivery, in the presence of our delivery personnel.

If you notice any issues (e.g., wrong item, visible damage), you may return it immediately for a replacement.

3. Post-Delivery Quality Issues

If you detect any problems after delivery, such as quality, pricing, or expiry concerns:

  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce): Notify us within 48 hours.

  • Non-perishable items: Notify us within 7 days.

Please retain the invoice or order number as proof of purchase for any replacement request.

4. Mandatory Video Proof

To qualify for any replacement or refund, you must provide a video recording of the unboxing.
This helps us verify issues and resolve your concerns promptly.

💰 Replacement or Refund Options

Returned or verified defective products are eligible for:

  • Replacement with a product of equal value

  • Full refund of the product price

For discounted items, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.

🚚 Delivery Conditions

  • Free delivery up to the 2nd floor.

  • For higher floors without a lift:

    • Extra charge of ৳10 per 5kg for weights above 15kg

  • No extra charge applies if a lift is available

  • Delivery timeframe: Same-day delivery or within 24 hours based on location & product availability

💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after the product is returned and inspected.

Refund Methods:

  • In-store purchases: Cash refund at our outlet/warehouse

  • Online purchases: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Debit/Credit card refund
